We prioritise sustainable and ethical practices by utilising the whole animal, offering customers the opportunity to purchase shares of a cow to ensure an equal distribution of each cut. Committed to transparency and quality, we deliver premium meat that supports both health-conscious consumers and responsible farming methods.
Order timing & availaBILITY
Because we sell the whole animal, your order will be processed once all shares from the cow are spoken for. For this reason, delivery timeframes can vary and typically take between 2–6 weeks.
This ensures there's no wastage and helps keep the cost down for you the consumer.
Timing is also influenced by seasonal and farming conditions. We only select cattle when they’re truly ready and at their best — because good meat is worth waiting for.
